Made-to-order means your Mulliwen piece is crafted especially for you after your order is placed. This approach ensures exclusivity, reduces waste, and allows us to focus on exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Please allow additional time for production before shipping.

The made-to-measure option is a customised option for the garments. Our production team will make the garments under your measurements. For this option, we will need the following measurements:

• Bust
• Hip
• Waist
• Height
• In-seam length (must provide for pants)

You can select this option and note the measurements when choosing the size. There will be an extra fee for this service.

Please note that this option is only for customised measurements. For any request to alter the material or colour, please contact us directly to receive the instruction.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here in the UK will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, we do! All orders are shipped via DHL and will be received within approximately 2-3 working days upon completion of production.
